The staff was nice and the lady over the food was so nice we enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and we requested certain things service was delivered promptly. The security officer was the best we was on a girl's trip was out late partying some nights and he made sure he was in site and we had a secure parking spot so we could easily get to our room safely. The night counter girl gave us great recommendations we had a ball. I love the way the staff handle another guest that was there with a big family and a lot of kids but the staff handled it very well and was nice to them even though they was a little noisy the staff was very professional. This would be a place I would stay with my family when I visit again. Thank you all so much

I liked the front desk staff. Shanilla checked me in and was very helpful an Felicia assisted my friend with her room plus she checked us both out an she was so kind, attitude on point, That's the type of person that belongs at the front desk when dealing with people..She has such inviting energy. My room was nice, different than what I heard, I guess that was before renovations, My bed was comfortable and I slept well. I'll definitely be back to visit...Great Job

I had to fly out of ATL the next day. I eliminated the drive from Gainesville that early morning by doing so. Too much of a risk to think that long of drive through the city won't have issues. Happy they had an airport shuttle. Happy they had optional reasonable paid parking for the week too. I'd stay there again. Staff was very good.

The front desk excellent service and help me with Lyft and talking Lyft about how to get here in the home wood suites. it's the guy at the front desk on 9/2/22 the evening thank you I appreciate your help me.100%
